Tony and Zoe are partners in crime, a perfect team of professional scammers; Zoe works as a croupier while Tony is a skilled card player. They travel from casino to casino trying to scam and make as much money as possible, splitting the loot and then fleeing, changing identities each time. Zoe always gets hired as an expert croupier, also taking advantage of her good looks and charm. Once she’s in place, Tony shows up and they start working to trick the casino of the moment, rigging cards with specific signals, often taking advantage of some loophole in the security system. At the end of each job, they always split fifty-fifty. This time, however, Tony has decided to ditch the sexy croupier Zoe, too much money has been made, and he suspects someone might have noticed. He has his bags packed, but he wants to run off with all the loot. Zoe understood it and heads to his hotel room. As soon as she enters, she notices that everything is ready for the getaway. Tony tries to justify himself, saying that time was short and that the amount they made from their tricks this time is too high. However, Zoe insists on her share. Tony has no intention of giving it to her; he wants to keep the money and end the partnership with Zoe, who threatens to report him to the casino. The guards and the boss would believe her, he would disappear, and she could claim a big reward. Tony pulls ropes and a leather scarf out of the suitcase.
